All purchase are made to order therefore all sales are final and no exchanges.

Please note prior to purchase that jewelry may have slight variations due to the sizing selected, such as beads added or left out. There are also imperfections in the natural materials that I use which are almost impossible to account for. I make it my priority to replicate each piece as pictured on my site. Please refer to the Sizing Page to determine what size fits best.

If you should receive the wrong item or it is damaged upon opening, please contact me immediately so I can find a solution to the problem.
